How I can help

I work with individuals as well as with small groups of up to 8 people. I hold regular "Reflection Groups" that include meditation and relaxation. I make home visits when someone is disabled or suffers from agoraphobia. I offer personally tailored eight week courses on lifting depression and managing anxiety on a one to one basis.

My philosophy is to help you to become your own therapist, so that you are not dependent on me or anyone else to deal with emotional difficulties. I use Buddhist teachings on change, acceptance and compassion in order to promote a peaceful lifestyle; this includes teaching simple meditation techniques.

Confidence and self esteem can grow as you realise you can lift your depression and manage your anxiety. This will give you hope which will lay the foundation for making positive change a reality in your life.
