Therapies offered

My work is based on Carl Rogers’ Person Centred Therapy. This means that I put the client at the centre of everything, you will not be judged and I will show you unconditional positive regard. This therapy is the foundation of everything that I do. I also draw on cognitive behaviour therapy where appropriate. I teach meditation and relaxation.

I use Buddhist philosophy as therapy for individual and group work. This is a practical approach that aids change.
